Yes! We have snow. . .

I love days where you have an excuse to stay home. Though lately that has been nearly every day for me since retiring from my past life, this holiday brought additional encouragement for Kim and I to take a day off.

​The road in through Cuddy Valley was closed to anyone except locals for the last couple days. That kept the village quiet and very few shops were open on Sunday. Once the snow is a "normal" daily event folks will return to their regular scheduled hours, I'm guessing. I know that both Kim and I were itching to get to the office this morning.

​The next couple weeks we will get much needed rain and hope for the temperature to drop a few degrees to begin the years snowpack. It would be great to see a year with enough snow to allow us to keep more than just our greens and tees watered through the seasons.  

​If you are coming this way please prepare for the "snow bunnies" that will be coming out any day now. They don't always pay attention on our roadways and with the added ice/snow situation we can easily miss them. We need another year with no major accidents, free from anyone being harmed. Please do your part in insuring everyone's safety this year.
