What's New Pussy-Cat . . .

What an amazing month this has been! We have been blessed again. 

​The last couple weekends we have had more 120 visitors come through our Open Houses on Saturday. If we were in the city I would think that to be a bit light. But with only 15-20 homes a month selling up here on the hill that sort of turn out is unheard of.

​Since we have about 25% of the listed market I'd expect to have the same in escrow. Indeed we do. That and more.

​It seems that folks are listening to us as well. Or perhaps they are listening to their friends whose homes we are selling. We have six homes coming onboard these next couple weeks through the 8th of March already.  It is absolutely the best time to list and get a jump on the traffic that is coming in to buy.

​If you are hoping to move to the hill you are positioned well to be able to snatch up the gems before the spring rush and upward price jump that is about to occur! I'm excited for our new friends and neighbors coming in. This year is going to be the best ever!

​Kim and I are planning our Lilac Festival and welcome any input as to what we should do. Please let us know your thoughts.  We will be having a booth and handing out a bunch of cool stuff, shaking hands, playing corn-hole, and enjoying the weather. It seems something else could be done. Let us know your thoughts.
