We are expecting snow this weekend. If cars are parked on the street, your street will not be plowed. The plows slip and slide on ice and could run into any cars parked on the street. To be on the safe side for our drivers, they will not plow your street if a car/cars are parked on the street. Per Association Rule Article 6: 6.06 in part reads “Parking on Association roads, including unpaved as well as paved portions thereof, is not permitted.”
If you’re going to be gone from your home for a couple of days or more, remember to leave the heat on low or leave a trickle of water running to avoid the surprise of frozen pipes. If they need to reach you due to a broken water pipe that is observed by someone in your neighborhood and there is no number on file with them they can’t reach you in a timely manner.
