Time to list your home!

I keep hearing folks tell me that "their realtor" told them that now is not the time to list. "It's winter and nobody buys in the winter." This cannot be farther form the truth.

​What the realtors are really saying is, "It's going to get cold and I don't want to have to get out of bed, go to the office, take care of a property, etc. So please wait until I am ready to go to work before you list your home."

​Kim and I have realized that those realtors don't seem to open their office doors on time or even at all many days during the winter months. We have our office open at 9am and we close at 5pm (though haven't actually closed regularly for some time.) We "try" to take Wednesdays off. However with the number of folks who have property for sale elsewhere off the hill we tend to use that day to help them as well.

​In the last year and a half we have taken 5 days off. We used that time to get married. We're planning our Honeymoon in January 2018. Additionally we plan on taking a week "off" from the 22nd through the 27th of December to visit family in Chattanooga, TN. 

​However planning is everything. With our team on the hill (which is the largest team in PMC) we will have folks in place to insure that our clients receive the absolute best care while we are away.
