The week ahead and what's up

So many new faces are moving in and getting themselves ready for the winter coming. Kim and I are blessed to be able to help friends and neighbors find their home away from home . . . and their new home on the hill.

​Summer we had about 120 homes listed in PMC and this morning there are only 70 active. The amount of visitors hasn't seemed to change however. Folks are scrambling to find a home under the $250k range and with so few on the market it is a great time to list with us.

​Our inventory has gone down swiftly and returned just as swiftly. I guess folks know that we actually work for them and sell their homes. Again, so happy to be a part of that.

​This weeks events:

​Saturday at 7pm in the Condor Lounge the live band will be Jim Moon. They have a wide range of music and dance floor will be full. Come on down and share the evening. of course Kim and I will be there so please stop by and say hello!

​Board Meeting Saturday at 10am for those of you who want to remain politically involved or just know what's going on.

​The Bistro and Lounge are now on winter hours. That means they are closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Only exception to that will be November 22nd, the day before Thanksgiving when they will be open for breakfast and lunch!

​This Sunday (22nd) come to the Sunday jam and watch the same folks play the same songs like groundhog day. It's from 2-5pm so I encourage anyone with an instrument show up and take over the stage! Let's hear something new.

Halloween Party Saturday the 28th 7-11pm in the Lounge. All the stuff you'd expect and much more! See y'all there!
