Summer is nearly over . . . Time to sell!

We heard it just yesterday. A un-named Realtor stated, "Summers over. You should pull your home off the market until Spring."

I am not the one who will jump in the way of someone else conversation. But I promise that the next time I see the person she was speaking with I will discuss this in length.

First, summer is not over. True that kids are back in school but the weather continues to be amazing. People are up and enjoying the hiking trails, serene atmosphere, blue skies, and friendship. Add to that it is almost the beginning of the "season." I'm not talking about hunting season. I'm TALKING ABOUT INVESTOR SEASON.

Second home buyers and investors come out in our fourth quarter to snatch up the deals they cannot find anywhere else. They're here.. they're paying cash most often . . . and they want a quick escrow. With so few properties available for sale please do not take yours off the market!
