Summer is ending soon!

It's time to sell. If you haven't listed your home yet please reach out if you are ready to move. There are about ten more weeks of excellent weather and traffic will be out in force.

​Many folks choose to remove their homes form the market in the fall. That leaves us with less available for sale. With so many Realtors expecting a slow fall & winter and so few homes available both Kim and I are optimistic and looking forward to our biggest season to date!

​We have just passed our one year anniversary and are humbled by our success to date. With over $9 million in gross sales, representing 50/50 buyers and sellers, we exceeded our first years goals.

We project to double our achievement in the year to come.

​Celebrate our marriage with us on September 23rd when we have The Aviators out to play on the PMC clubhouse greens from 4:30PM until 7PM. There will be a bar and BBQ. Bring your lawn chairs, golf cart, or blanket and rock out for a great afternoon!
