First Time Buyer Event!

I'm letting everyone know up front that we are preparing a First-Time Buyer event. (It's even for anyone who has bought in the past and wants questions answered or wishes to buy again.)

We are doing this because we were once renters and didn't know how or if we could qualify to buy a home. It wasn't until someone took the time to answer my questions and really care about me to help me along the way that I made the leap. For me that someone was Gary Eno and that's a key reason why I've since purchased all my homes with his help. Also why I have him on our website and why he will be attending. Simply because he cares as well.

I've been very fortunate ever since.

Currently the market is perfect for this sort of event because rents are high and rates to buy are low. Folks who are currently renting can actually get in a home for less than what they spend in first, last and a deposit in many situations. It's all about the right price and the right structure and having folks who understand that assist you along the way!
